10:03am: Linda Cherryholmes reported a Barking Dog in the 400 Block of North Pinet Street. The officer spoke to the owner and learned an electrician was working at the residence, so the animal was placed outside. The owner advised they would fix the issue.

10:57am: Home State Bank reported issues with a customer at 115 West State Street. On the bank’s behalf, law enforcement reached out to the subject and advised them if the behavior occurred in the future, they would be banned from the property.

11:57am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of Ram Drive.

3:04pm: Dennis Tiffany spoke with an officer about people not breaking down cardboard boxes at the recycling bins.

3:55pm: Eric Chrystal reported his dog had run away from 705 West Sunset Road. The officer did not locate the animal.

4:00pm: A caller advised of a male subject pounding on the door and screaming at 700 West Adams Street. It was reported the male cut vehicle tires before leaving the area. The officer has a suspect and is investigating.

6:44pm: Kyle Rysavy requested an officer near 106 West Washington to report an assault. The officer spoke with Rysavy and the other party involved. This is a continuation of the previous entry.

9:48pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1400 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Elissa Grove of Guthrie Center being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”
