Monday night both the girls and boys track & field teams had competitions they traveled to. The boys headed to Guthrie Center for the Merritt-Charger Invitational. One individual, and three relay teams were able to place in the top five. In the 400 meter hurdles, senior Tate Richter was able to secure a fourth place finish with a time of 1 minute 1.54 seconds.

The 4X200 meter relay team snatched second place with a time of 1 minute 33.52 seconds, just .62 seconds behind the first place team. The 4X400 meter relay team came in third with a time of 3 minutes 37.52 seconds, while the 800 meter medley relay team also secured a third place finish, with a time of 1 minute 38.55 seconds.
