The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The meeting will begin with three public hearings to sell three properties for new houses to be built on, including at 206 South Maple Street, 500 North Oak Street and 507 South Locust Street. Additionally, there will be another public hearing and then the Council will consider approving an amendment to the current fiscal year budget.
The Council will also consider approving a contract for up to $40,000 for data collection and providing a public search portal for the Jefferson City Cemetery, an amendment of a development agreement with the Jefferson VFW for additional roof replacement expenses, and a $9,920 contract to make repairs to the city water tower. Finally, the Council will consider the quarterly funding request from Greene County Development Corporation.
The meeting will take place at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
