Guthrie County Extension and Outreach is offering a program to discuss health with elders.
“Fresh Conservations,” is for anyone that is 60 and older and is interested in learning about different health and nutrition topics in a small group setting. Topics to be covered include low-cost healthy recipes and learning new ways to stay active and independent.
The program will be every third Tuesday of the month at 12:30pm at the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center. The first session will start on May 17th. For more information contact the Extension office.
