Friday, May 6th

7:07am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 600 block of 2nd Street, Rippey.

1:28pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th and N Avenue.

2:29pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

4:25pm: A deputy investigated a reported car in the ditch in the 1700 block of 220th Street.

4:44pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on State Street, Scranton.

5:01pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue.

6:08pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 100 block of 210th Street.

8:15pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on M Avenue and 245th Street. Jodi Fredrick 46 of Jefferson ran off of the T intersection at the end of M Avenue. The 2016 Jeep Wrangler was totaled in the accident. Jodi was cited for failure to reduce speed to a reasonable and proper rate, striking fixtures upon a highway, and failure to obey stop sign.

Saturday, May 7th

5:12am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a train that had the horn stuck on just east of Jefferson.

9:36am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on East Main Street and 17th Street in Grand Junction. A Juvenile that was learning to drive hit two mailboxes with a 2007 Chrysler 300 causing an estimated 1100 dollars damage and 250 dollars damage to two mailboxes.

10:02am: A deputy investigated an open door on N Avenue and 130th Street.

10:43am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.

4:13pm: A deputy and the Jefferson Fire Department responded to a grass fire in the 700 block of O Avenue.

8:50pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

Sunday, May 8th

2:17am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on Q Avenue and 170th Street.

8:02am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 700 block of W Avenue.

1:59pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1000 block of West Adams Street, Jefferson.

7:02pm: Jessie Sanders 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

7:51pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of North Olive Street, Jefferson.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
