1:25am: Nicholas Weber 21 of Scranton was booked into the jail for OWI 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, controlled substance violation, Eluding, and reckless driving.

6:26am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and N Avenue.

8:08am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on Neola Avenue and 330th Street.

8:21am: A deputy investigated a domestic on U Avenue and 260th Street.

10:34am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 237th Street and Parkland Avenue.

10:50am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1300 block of Pioneer Avenue.

11:10am: A deputy conducted a welfare check on U Avenue near Rippey.

4:21pm: A deputy assisted with a lost cat in the 100 block of West Paton Street, Paton.

5:35pm: Devin Villalobos 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
