2nd team all conference, Bo Arrasmith is third from the right.

As the Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center boys golf finished as a team in sixth place at the conference meet, one player was honored for his play on the course.

Sophomore Bo Arrasmith was selected to the West Central Activities Conference second team after his performance on Wednesday. Arrasmith placed in 14th at the conference meet with a score of 93 with four pars and eight bogeys. Head Coach Lori McGivney tells Raccoon Valley Radio what makes his game so efficient.

“He plays a smart game he doesn’t try to out swing everybody he just tries keep it going down the straight and narrow path and that really keeps him out of trouble and keeps him out of penalties and keeps his score down.”

Arrasmith has averaged a nine hole score of 46 and an average 18 hole score of 96 this year. His best performance was the 44 he shot at the Conference Quad on April 26th.
