While the weather may not have completely looked normal for the first few days in May, the Panorama Panthers girls golf team still hit the course for a conference golf meet in Pleasantville on Monday.

The Panthers girls golf team headed to Pleasantville for their tee shots on Monday and were able to pick up a fifth place finish with an overall team score of 443 on what turned out to not be the best of days to hit the links for 18 holes of golf.

For the Panorama girls their top scorer of the day was Filipa Bobber who came in 9th place with a score of an even 100 on the day. Gabby Welberg came in 15th with a score of 105. There was a tie for Panthers girls golfers between Patricia Underwood and Carley Van Gundy at 24th with a score of 119 which rounded out the scorers for the Panthers girls. Outside of the scoring golfers, Meredith Woodworth came in 26th with a 121 and Gracie Phillips came in 33rd with a 132.

For the Panorama Panthers girls golf team they have another tee time this week as they are getting prepared to golf again on Thursday when they head to Terrace Hills in Altoona to take on the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays beginning at 4:30 p.m.

You can’t forget about the Panorama boys golf team as they are having a successful season so far as well, they get to head out to the always pleasant Lake Panorama National Course today right in their own backyard for a varsity invitational today and then again on Thursday at the Perry Golf and Country Club for another varsity meet.
