The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a request from New Cooperative for an NH3 tank replacement at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

The Board approved the NH3 tank replacement request for New Cooperative as they have seen a need for an increase in storage due to an increase in business. The request was for an additional 45,000 gallon tank to be put in and the tank holds anhydrous ammonia. 

Then, the Board approved a bid for the courthouse exterior project for the repairs to the outside of the Dallas County Courthouse including a wide range of work from door and window restoration and roof tile replacement among other things. The Board approved the bid from Building Restoration Corporation which is based out of Minnesota in the amount of $2,644,165 for the base bid and included multiple alternate bids as well

The Board also approved DECAT Restorative Justice contract renewal. The Board then ended the meeting with a Dallas County Sheriff’s Office workshop.
