Chad McGilvra, Adel was traveling north in the 31000 of N Ave.  Jaspret Kharoud, Emerson, MB, was traveling south in the same location when both vehicles sideswiped each other.  It could not be determined who was at fault.  Damage to Mr. McGilvra’s truck was estimated at $1000.  Damage to Mr. Kharoud’s semi was estimated $200.  Mr. McGilvra only had minor cuts and refused medical attention.  Both vehicles drove from the scene.

Tanner Rupe, age 35, 105 E North St, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Felix Lopez, age 35, 322 State St, Gutherie Center, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Dustin Deitrick, age 41, 33762 Rustlin Lane, Adel, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment.
