A funeral service for Sheryl Mozena, 70, of Bayard will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Bayard at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 7, 2022..  Burial will be at Willow Township Cemetery near Bayard. Visitation will be held at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids from 5 – 7 P.M. on Friday.  There will be no visitation prior to the funeral service on Saturday.

 She will be deeply missed and is survived by her husband Gary Mozena of Bayard; two daughters: April (Andy) Seydel of Urbandale, IA and Cindy Waite of Woodbine, IA; seven grandchildren: Tre (Rebecca) Waite of Woodbine, IA; Ashlen Waite of Council Bluffs, IA; Sheldyn Waite of Okinawa, Japan; Ethan and Ebon Seydel of Urbandale, IA; Matt and Justin Waite; brothers and sister: Steve (Lori) Hilgenberg of Bayard, IA; Bryan (Zavette) Hilgenberg of Jefferson, IA; Craig (Monica) Hilgenberg of Cedar Rapids, IA; Cindy (Eric) Hansen of Adel, IA; a brother-in-law Tom Mozena of Bayard; and numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
