One provider at Greene County Medical Center will expand her services to include more speciality needs.

Starting May 6th, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Diana Smith will be offering a cosmetic clinic on the first Friday of every month at the Greene County Family Medicine Clinic. These new services will include Botox injections, fillers for the lips and face, chemical brow-lifts, lip enhancements, treatments for wrinkles and age-lines, and other non-surgical cosmetic options for both men and women, with no referral needed.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Laurie Connolley believes having these services available at the medical center will allow community members access to these specialities and will ensure the patient is getting the highest quality care.

Smith started her nursing career with the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital. She then was employed by Greene County Medical Center in 2010. In 2012, she earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Following that, she worked in dermatology at UnityPoint Health in Fort Dodge, where she also received advanced training in Botox and Juvederm. In 2014, she treated patients with Wellendorf ENT in Carroll.
