The Dallas County Hospital Foundation will have multiple events that will have sponsorship opportunities this year. 

The DCH Foundation will be presenting a golf tournament in September along with a healthy walk/run and a Halloween event in October. Public Relations Specialist Tom Harmsen says for those who wish to sponsor all three events, the cost is $2,500 to be a title sponsor which includes another event in the silent auction in December and $1,500 for a gold sponsor and $1,000 for a silver sponsor which those two just includes the three events.

“People’s collaboration with us really means a lot for the community in terms of our financing toward different pieces of equipment that impact day to day care. The dollars invested with us really go quite far and our goal with our companies investing in us is to make it as worthwhile as possible. We hope through featuring logos as an example that we can facilitate those marketing dollars for you as well as by having complementary entries into the golf outing and the 5K we are hoping that it will allow some networking opportunities.”

Harmsen tells Raccoon Valley Radio you can choose to sponsor just one event this year at a lower cost at a $1,000, $600 and $350 level. Harmsen says for those who would like to bundle sponsor all three events or solely the golf tournament the deadline for that is May 13th. 

“This is to align with the updated marketing pieces that will be distributed.”
