An annual event that helps to promote bike safety among youth will be coming up soon in Adel. 

The third annual Adel Rotary and Adel Police Department Safety Bike Rodeo will be taking place from 9-11 a.m. May 7th in the Adel City Hall Parking Lot. The event is meant for those who are ages 5-12. 

The event will feature free bottled water and D.A.R.E. giveaways along with prize drawings for various prizes including gift cards for bikes, helmets and to the Adel Family Fun Center along with coupons for Billy’s Ice Cream cones, Casey’s pizzas and Subway subs.
