Funeral Services for Barbara Mitchell, 86, of  Greenfield will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Greenfield United Methodist Church with burial following in the Greenfield Cemetery.  A luncheon will follow the burial at the church. Open Visitation will be held at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield on Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The family will greet friends on Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield.

Memorials  may be directed to Cystic Fibrosis or to the Barbara Mitchel Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

She is survived by her two daughters, Cyndi Lorenzen and husband Monte of Green Valley, AZ and Chandra McCann and husband Ron of Greenfield; son, Jeffrey Mitchell and wife Kelly of Greenfield; daughter-in-law, Denna Mitchell of Greenfield; 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; two sisters, Sharon Stewart and husband Marvin of Bondurant and Linda Griffith and husband Dean of Bridgewater; two sisters-in-law, Rowena Hardin of Greenfield and Beverly Hardin of Earlville, Illinois; numerous other extended family and friends.
