The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center boys golf team brought eight golfers to Menlo to play nine holes at the 5 x 80 tournament Tuesday.

The golf team shot a team total of 196 and finished in third out of four teams that were I-35, Des Moines Christian and Earlham and the junior varsity team scored a 236. Bo Arrasmith shot one of his lowest rounds of they year with a 44 and his stats included seven bogeys and one birdie along with Jaden Forsyth adding a 47. AC/GC saw some newcomers perform in their first tournament that include Noah Kading and Ty Thomas of the year.

AC/GC golf will tee it up again today versus Coon Rapids Bayard at the Coon Rapids Bayard Golf Course starting at 4:30pm.
