Memorial services for Roger Burnie, Sr., age 58, of Cooper, Iowa, will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson.  Prior to the service, the family will greet friends from 2:00 – 2:55pm at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson.

Memorials should be directed to the family.

Survivors include his son, Roger (Amelia) Burnie, Jr.; grandchildren: Joanna Burnie, Collin (fiancé, Dharyan and her son, Emmett) Kennedy, Shanna Kennedy, Kegan Kennedy;  sister, Dorothy Burnie; brothers: Jimmy Burnie and Ben Burnie; other relatives and friends.
