Mass of Christian Burial Dennis “Denny” James Hardy, age 69, of Churdan,   will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, April 29, 2022 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church near Churdan.  Burial will be in the St. Patrick’s Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Churdan American Legion and the Iowa National Guard.

   Visitation will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church from 5 – 7 P.M. on Thursday where there will be a Christian Wake Service held at 7 P.M.  Visitation will resume at the church on Friday morning from 9:30 – 10:15 A.M prior to the Mass.

         Denny is survived by his wife Michelle; a daughter Reegan Hanigan (Michael); two sons: Brogan Hardy and Daylon Hardy (Alex) all of Churdan; two grandsons: Madden and Barron; his father and mother-in-law Dwayne and Jackie Larsen of Avoca; four sisters: Mary Lentsch (Jim) of Ft. Dodge, Pat Collins (Dick) of Sioux City, Phyllis Zediker (Arnie) of Des Moines, and Regina Kopesky of Lakeland Shores, MN; a brother John Hardy Jr. (Jill) of Lohrville; a brother-in-law Todd Larsen (Gloria) of Harlan; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
