Curtis Waddingham, Adel, was driving a City of Adel skid loader on Grove St at Nile Kinnick Dr N, when he struck the rear of a vehicle parked on the street.  The vehicle is owned by James Peterson, Atchison, KS.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Peterson’s vehicle was estimated at $3000.

April 22

Nathaniel Kurbis, age 27, 207 Frank St, Council Bluffs, was issued a Summons To Appear for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

April 23

Brittney Ballinger, age 30, 1480 SE Bishop, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Hailey Rusk, age 27, 6025 NW 54th Ct, Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kathryn Stock, age 22, 110 S. Brobst St, Knoxville, was arrested on 2 warrant for Failure To Appear.

Andrew Vasquez, age 60, 405 S. 4th St, Winterset, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Morgan Henderson, Des Moines, was driving east on I80 near the 111 mile marker, when he swerved to avoid something in the roadway.  He collided with the highway safety barrier.  He was checked out by Dallas County EMS on the scene and released.  Damage to Mr. Henderson’s vehicle was estimated at $20000 and damage to the IowaDOT barriers was estimated at $5500.  Mr. Henderson was issued a citation for Failure To Maintain control.

Micah Craven, Van Meter, was traveling in the 21000 block of 360th street, when he hit a deer that was crossing the road.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $8000.  A private tow was arranged for by the driver.

Dale Hutzell, Dallas Center, was driving in the 300 block of 14th Street in Dallas Center, when a tree fell on his truck.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $25000.

Roland Reiner, age 62, 21 Willett Ave, Port Chester, NY, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

April 24

Spencer Erb, age 28, 716 4th Ave, Spencer, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Susan Kruckenberg, age 68, 1511 B. Ave, Ogden, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Child Endangerment.
