The Guthrie County Hospital has recently changed a COVID-19 policy.

Visitors of the hospital will now be able to enter the building without a mask if they pass the following requirement of being fully vaccinated, not experiencing respiratory symptoms and not having been exposed or tested positive to the COVID-19 virus in the last 10 days. Anyone that has experienced one of those issues will have to wear a mask. This new protocol goes into effect because of the lowering levels of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses in the community. Visitors can still wear a mask if they would like and the Guthrie County Hospital employees will continue to wear masks. According to the Guthrie County Hospitals, this policy could change if the transmission levels increase in the community.
