11:16am: A deputy investigated a civil issue that was found to originate in Rolfe, Iowa.

1:55pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.

3:25pm: Marne Irlbeck 29 of Carroll was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
