The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office training room outdoor area concrete quote at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

The Board approved the quote in the amount of $11,812.13 with TJ Concrete LLC. Also, the Board approved the health plan renewal and the Board set time and date to receive and open bids for the courthouse exterior project of April 28th at 2:05 p.m. and the time and date of May 3rd at 9:30 a.m. to award the bid and form of contract for the courthouse exterior project.

Also, the Board approved a rezoning of property for Kollmorgen to planned unit development for the purposes of constructing a campground facility in the county. There were conditions placed on the rezoning including a 30ft buffer zone and dust control for the roads near the property. Also, there was a condition relating to the open period of the campgrounds which was April 1st to October 31st.
