Friday, April 15th

7:42am: The Sheriff and deputy investigated a violation of a no contact order in the 600 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction. Miranda Schlicht 23 of Ralston was arrested for a no contact order violation. Zach Waters fled from the scene and arrest warrants have been requested.

1:37pm: Miranda Schlicht 23 of Ralston was booked into the jail for a no contact order violation.

8:53pm: A deputy, Grand Junction Fire and Rescue, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a two-vehicle accident on T Avenue and 270th Street. Ned Johnston 71 of Rippey was traveling south on T Avenue in a 2016 Ford F150. Nancy Bishop 60 of Jefferson was traveling east on 270th Street in a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. Ned failed to yield the right of way and struck Nancy’s vehicle totaling both vehicles. Both drivers were transported by private party to a medical center. Ned Johnston was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.

1:42pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near N Avenue.

11:00pm: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a complaint of an underage party in the 2300 block of 210th Street.

Saturday, April 16th

12:57am: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a complaint of an underage party in the 1700 block of Q Avenue. Landyn Venteicher 18 of Jefferson was charged with possession of alcohol underage 1st offense, Sawyer Schiltz 19 of Jefferson was charged with possession of alcohol underage 1st offense, Kole Teeples 18 of Jefferson was charged with possession of alcohol underage 1st offense, Kaydence Newby 18 was charged with possession of alcohol underage 1st offense, Daniel Rivera 18 of Jefferson was charged with possession of alcohol underage 1st offense, and there was one under 18 juvenile charged with possession of alcohol underage. The party is still under investigation.

1:06pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1400 block of 265th Street.

1:32pm: A deputy investigated a burglary alarm in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

1:36am: Sawyer Schiltz 19 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage 1st offense.

1:46am: Landyn Venteicher 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage 1st offense.

1:46am: Kaydence Newby 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage 1st offense.

2:40am: Kole Teeples 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage 1st offense.

2:40am: Daniel Rivera 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of alcohol underage 1st offense.

1:55pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on U Avenue and 240th Street.

9:07pm: Mitchell Venteicher 37 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

9:34pm: Angel Vaughan 39 of Des Moines was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

Sunday, April 17th

4:06pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

4:19pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a sick raccoon in the 600 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

8:20pm: A deputy arrested Conar Hornsby 25 of Grand Junction for an arrest warrant for a probation violation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
