Michael Canady, age 31, 5015 SW 9th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation.
April 15
Bryan Graham, age 62, 109 Rimrock Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on two warrants for Failure To Appear.
Lisa Paulson, age 33, 225 Waukee Ave, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Driving While Barred, Interference With Official Acts, Fail To Yield To Emergency Vehicle and three counts of Child Endangerment. She was also cited for Registration Violation and Open Container.
Ayende Delgado, age 47, address unknown, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Provide False Identification Information and Forgery.
April 16
Thomas Mastin, age 41, 1024 14th Str, Perry, was cited and released for Driving While Barred.
Brady Caldwell, age 18, 1880 Sheldon Ave, Stuart, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While Barred. He was also cited for speeding.
Giovani Ruiz-Vargas, age 38, 1811 2nd St, Perry, was arrested for Driving While License Denied Or Revoked. He was also cited for Failure To Use Child Restraint Device.
Ryan Sullivan, Adel, was traveling on 270th St at Palo Pl, when he took the turn onto Palo Place too face and slid into the ditch. The vehicle overturned when it went into the ditch. Mr. Sullivan was not injured but was checked by EMS and refused any further treatment. Damage was estimated at $10000 and the vehicle was privately towed.
David Herrick, Clive, was driving in the 12000 block of Hwy 169 when he struck a deer. There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $5000. He was able to drive the vehicle away from the scene.
April 17
Dante Garrett, age 24, 1328 5th Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
James Lasu, Omaha, NE, was traveling on I-80 around the 113 mile marker, when he struck a metal toolbox that was in the roadway. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.
April 18
Kory Fellom, Perry, was traveling on Hwy 141 at the intersection of Hwy 169, when he lost control due to icy conditions. He was driving a truck, pulling a trailer and went into the ditch. No injuries were reported and damage to the truck and trailer were estimated at $2000. The vehicle and trailer were towed from the scene.
