adm-7

For both of the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers soccer teams, they will be renewing their rivalry with Dallas Center – Grimes tonight, as both teams will be looking for an upset against a pair of the top teams in the state.

The girls soccer team comes into the match with a 2-2 record while DCG is undefeated with a current mark of 7-0. ADM has been able to have great success in the series the last few years, as the Tigers have taken five out of the last six. The last three matches have all been decided by one goal. Freshmen Jada Grove leads the Tigers in goals with five on the season.

The boys soccer team comes into the game with a 2-4 record while DCG counters at 3-0. The Tigers are still trying to find their footing on the young season as they have put up five goals in six games, but the young team is gaining more experience despite the tough schedule. The Mustangs have won three straight in the series, and DCG has been a powerhouse so far this year, with 25 goals in three games.

The boys match will be beginning at 7 pm and will be played in Grimes, and the girls match will be happening at 7:15 pm with the match to be at ADM High School Stadium.
