1:21am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 257th Street and N Avenue.

8:42am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1400 block of U Avenue.

4:21pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 1000 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

5:49pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

8:26pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1400 block of U Avenue.

10:25pm: A deputy investigated a barking dog complaint in the 900 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
