Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers girls golf was looking for a strong performance today, but unfortunately their golf meet against Woodward – Granger has been postponed.

The Tigers were able to finish first in their last event at the Winterset Triangular on Monday, as they were able to get a 47 out of Emma Mellencamp and a 48 out of Monica Thomas as well. The win came over a pair of Raccoon River Conference foes in Winterset and Carlisle, and helped build confidence for the Tigers on the young season.

The short game is the thing that the Tigers continue to keep an eye on, as they know that saving strokes around the green is crucial to team and individual success this year.
