Both the boys and girls soccer teams for the West Central Valley Wildcats had impressive games against the Raiders of East Sac County on Monday night.

The girls improved to a 3-0 record with their 5-2 win. They scored two goals in the first period, only allowing the Raiders to score one. In the second period they scored their next three, and again, only allowed the opposition one. Sophomore goalie Brianna Kirkpatrick was the one to beat, making seven saves and only allowing those two goals, for a save percentage of 77.8%.

The boys also showed off, with a nice 7-0 win, improving their record to 3-1. There were four goals scored in the first period, leaving the other three for the second.

Both teams continue play on Thursday night, as the girls take on the Knoxville Panthers, and the boys go up against the Tri-Center Trojans.
