A program run by a local hospital that helps older adults with counseling and other unique needs recently received national recognition.

The Adair County Health System’s Senior Life Solutions program is the recipient of the  Psychiatric Medical Care’s 2022 Program of the Year Award and named one of the top 10 programs in the nation. 

Senior Life Solutions is designed to meet the needs of typically older individuals over the age of 65 dealing with depression and anxiety relating to life changes often associated with aging, family, friends and much more. The Adair County Health provides care to these patients in Adair County and surrounding areas.
