There are a few adult education classes coming up at the Greene County Career Academy.
A “Take and Bake” class will be held on Wednesday, April 13th from 6:30-8pm. The course will be led by “Chef D-Denis Moranville” as participants will sample a meal when the class starts and then prepare their own meal for four. The menu includes garlic buttered chicken breast, herbed roasted potatoes, along with red pepper and shallot green beans. Deadline to register is today for $30. The class will be held in the culinary kitchen room D106. Participants are asked to park in the north parking lot and enter through door N5.
Emily Rohner will lead the next two classes about Canva. The “Intro to Canva” class offers participants ways to improve their social media presence and utilize the program for presentations and other marketing materials through either pre-designed templates or starting from scratch. The class will be on Tuesday, April 19th from 6-8pm in room D122. There is a $25 fee and the deadline to sign up is April 15th.
The “Advanced Canva” class will be on Thursday, April 21st from 6-8pm. Participants will learn how to put everything together and take their materials to a more heightened level. The cost for this class is also $25 and you must sign up by April 15th.
