A new Flower Crate static exhibit class is coming to the Dallas County Fair this year and it has an upcoming workshop to get prepared for it in Adel. 

Dallas County Extension and Outreach will be hosting the flower crate workshop from 2-5 p.m. April 30th at the Extension office where participants will make their flower crates, which will be plain wood ready to paint, color or stain however they would like to make it. 

There is a $5 fee for program materials and must be paid by April 22nd by either mailing the payment into the Extension Office or bringing it in and dropping it off. After completing your flower crate you can take them home then enter them into the Flower Crates static exhibit class at the fair this year.
