The month of April will bring on many Easter egg hunts for communities to participate in and there is one coming up next weekend in Adel. 

The Adel Kiwanis’ Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 10th at Kinnick-Feller Park in Adel. For those who are 3 and under they will begin at 3 p.m, children who are 4-6-year-olds will start at 3:30 p.m. and those 7-10-years-old will be at 4 p.m. 

There will be plenty of other activities including a visit from the Easter Bunny, along with face painting, fire trucks and police cars, prizes and more. Those attending are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Adel Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
