There is an open house event taking place today in Perry to encourage people to get out and shop locally. 

The Spring Open House will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at various businesses throughout the Perry community. Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti talks about the promotional event. 

“It feels a little bit funny to be calling it a ‘Spring Open House’ with the snow the other night but a lot of them have brand new merchandise, new activities going on and so it’ll be a chance to get out and about, see what’s new for spring and Easter is right around the corner. So lots of decor and gift items as well, so check that out.”
