Tuesday night, in the maelstrom of athletic action that different sports teams for West Central Valley had, the girls soccer team pulled out a win against the Panthers of Logan-Magnolia. The Wildcats took an early lead in the first period, before the Panthers scored in the second. Not to worry though, as the Wildcats scored as well, ending the game with a 2-1 victory.

The boys golf team also competed Tuesday night, as they traveled to Knoxville to compete against the Knoxville Panthers, and the Clarke Indians. The Wildcats ended the competition, trailing the other two teams, and landing a 3rd place finish. The standings at the end of the match were Knoxville in first, with a score of 163, Clarke placing second with a score of 184, and West Central Valley in third with a score of 268.
