The Guthrie Center City Council met Monday.

The Council approved an asbestos survey and the removal of the structure on 204 North Street. Additionally, the Council was given updates from Nuisance Officer Wes Clarke about 20 violations that stem from junk and brush that need to be removed from a residents property along with an update from Guthrie County Quality Meat on how the construction of their facility is going. Finally, the Council moved the deadline to April 25th at 4:30pm for applications to be turned in for the city clerk position.
