10:10am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

10:51am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

11:20am: David Kersey 50 of Ames was booked into the jail for trespass 1st offense and 3 counts of Gambling-false claim of winnings.

1:35pm: The Sheriff arrested Robert Montgomery 67 of Grand Junction for an arrest warrant for conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony out of Greene County.

2:12pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.

2:15pm: Robert Montgomery 67 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony.

7:33pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 200 block of Cartwright Street, Rippey. Randolph Glass 56 of Rippey was arrested for domestic abuse assault causing injury 1st offense.

8:11pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue.

11:56pm: Randolph Glass 56 of Rippey was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault causing injury 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
