A Granger woman received a deferred judgment from an incident that occurred last year.
Earlier this year 46-year-old Tina Fay Kramer was arrested and charged with misdemeanors for second and third degree harassment following an investigation by the Perry Police Department. Kramer was recently sentenced to one year of deferred judgment and one year of probation for the simple misdemeanor of third degree harassment.
The violation of a no contact order and the simple misdemeanor of third degree harassment were dismissed by the court.
According to criminal complaints, on November 22nd, 2021 the officers were made aware of inappropriate text messages between Kramer and some Perry students.
Then on November 29th, 2021 while the investigation was taking place Kramer went to the victim’s residence and knocked on the door and still photos and video footage were gathered from the residence’s Ring Doorbell Camera.
Kramer was also fined a total of $535.
