Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center boys track and field started their outdoor season in Des Moines Tuesday afternoon.

The Chargers had six 1st place finishes in the following events 100 yard dash, 4x100m, 200 yard dash, 1600 meter, 3200 meter and high jump. Also, AC/GC had eight 2nd placements from the events that include 400m hurdles, 800m, shot put, 3200m, long and high jump, 4x800m, 4x200m. Finally, the Chargers had three events that placed in 3rd. There were four teams that participated in this meet that include Colfax-Mingo, Des Moines Christian and Baxter. AC/GC was awarded the top ranked team in the meet scoring 104 points.
