The ongoing competition to raise money for the fireworks drive continues with the Perry Chamber of Commerce, and now there are only four contestants remaining. 

The Firecracker Four have officially been announced for the Big Boom Bracket Battle with the Perry Chamber of Commerce which includes David Sheffer going against Michael Pentico and Salvador Lepe going against Susan Smith. 

So far the Big Boom Bracket Battle has raised $2,816 toward the $12,500 goal for the fireworks for the Fourth of July Celebration in Perry. Donations for the Firecracker Four will be accepted until Tuesday, March 29th at 10 a.m. 

Donations can be made online or they can be made in-person at Ben’s Five and Dime and the McCreary Center. Donations can also be mailed to the Perry Chamber of Commerce or delivered.
