Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers girls golf will be hitting the course for more practice this week, as they have been able to put up some great results in 2021 and will be hoping to do the same in 2022. For this ADM team, they have a lot of girls out for the season, and have some good golfers that participated in state last year back this year as well.

The team has a lot of players out for the team this year, with four seniors, four juniors, three sophomores, and three freshmen on the roster according to varsity bound.

ADM girls golf was able to finish 6th last year in the girls 3A state tournament in Adel, and will be hoping for a chance to get back to the state tournament this year. Emma Mellencamp finished tied for 28th last year and Monica Thomas is back as well after finishing 38th. Five of the seven girls that golfed on the state team last year are back on the team this year.

For ADM girls, they know they will have to sharp out of the gate against quality competition. Their first scheduled event of the season will be on April 4th against Gilbert at Ames Golf and Country Club.
