Greene County sent its girls and boys track & field teams to Buena Vista University in Storm Lake on Saturday for the 2022 Elite High School Meet. No team score was kept and we list the Rams’ top six place finishes in girls’ competition on this page. Greene County boys’ results are on another page.

There were 10 teams competing and Greene County had five finishes of fifth place or higher.

First place- none.

Second place- none.

Third place- Payton Kokenge, high jump 5′ 0″; Katrina Heupel, 400 meter dash 1:06.14.

Fourth place- Ilse Hooper, 60 meter dash, :08.52; 4 x 400 meter relay 4:57.02 (Olivia Shannon-Gretah Kersey-Hailey Carman-K. Heupel).

Fifth place- Emma Hoyle, shot put, 30′ 1″.

The Rams have concluded the indoor campaign and are preparing for the outdoor season, which is scheduled to begin on Monday,  March 28 in Jefferson at the Greene County Coed Early Bird Meet.
