
The Guthrie County Extension and Outreach’s ongoing program for the elderly population has just one more session left.
The program is called “Stay Independent: A Healthy Aging Series,” which provides information and tips for older adults above the age of 60. The final program is called “Brain Health” on Tuesday, March 22nd with two sessions at 10am or at 6:30pm. These classes are free and can be attended at the Guthrie County Extension Office or virtually on Zoom.
