Spring practices started earlier this week for WCV. Let’s take a look at the WCV girls soccer team.
The Wildcats will be looking to improve on their 7-11 record from last season. The season started strong with back to back wins but after that WCV would lose three straight. That is what started the up and down season for the Wildcats. WCV will have to lean on the experienced leadership on the team. Like senior Madelyn Jaeger in her junior campaign she had 32 points, 15 goals, and two assists. She led the team in goals and points. Junior Bella Munoz will also be returning, she had five goals and 13 points on the season.
WCV will start the season Tuesday March 29. They’ll be on the road to take on Logan-Magnolia. That game starts at 5:30pm.
