The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday.
The Board approved the resolution by the state to accept the redistricting plan and report and an ordinance to re-precinct Guthrie County. The Board also approved to make supervisor district two a two term position on the ballot for 2022 to maintain term staggering and approved the purchase agreement for a right of way easement on 130th Street off of Highway 25 for a total cost of $557.
The Board then approved the maximum property tax levy for general and rural services for fiscal year 2023, following a public hearing. The amount of money raised is going to stay the same as last fiscal year. They also set the public hearing for the 2023 fiscal year county budget for March 22nd.
