Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers track and field took part of the Dickinson Relays on Tuesday in Cedar Falls as they looked for a good start to the 2022 season. They were able to find some good results, as multiple teams and athletes finished in the top 5.

The 4×800 team was able to grab a 5th place finish overall with a time of 8 minutes 40 seconds, which was second fastest in the 3A level. The 4 x 400 team was also great as they were able to finish 5th with a time of 3 minutes 39 seconds. Sophomore Brevin Doll was really good in a loaded 200 meter field, finishing 7th with a time of 23.39. In the long jump, Tyler Gelhaar was able to get a 20th place finish with a time of 19-08.

For ADM, they will have another meet coming up later this week, when they go compete at Iowa State University in another indoor meet.
