Greene County had some of its high school female track & field athletes compete on Monday inside the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls at the A.D. Dickinson Relays. Today, it’s the boys’ turn with Coach Chad Morton entering several events in the one-class non-scoring meet.

Back are State Meet veterans in seniors Nate Black, Jackson Morton, and Bryce Stalder, along with junior Richard Daugherty. Morton placed fourth outdoors at the 2021 State Meet in the Class 2A 110 meter high hurdles, and the shuttle hurdle relay was also fourth last May with Black, Morton, and Stalder returning. Three legs of the 2021 State qualifying 4 x 400 meter relay are back, and Stalder in the long jump, Black in the high jump, and Morton in the 400 meter low hurdles all have State experience.
