With the conclusion of both the basketball season as well as the wrestling season the Panorama Panthers are preparing for the upcoming track and field season.
The Panthers girls and boys track athletes will continue to prepare for their first meets on the schedule which will come in the month of March. The Panthers girls and boys varsity track runners will take part in an early bird meet beginning at 4:30 p.m. March 29th at Earlham High School. This won’t be the only meet the Panthers will take part in during the month of March when they take part in a boys and girls varsity meet beginning at 4:30 p.m. March 31st at Ogden High School. Both of the meets that will take place in March will have the Panthers traveling for an away meet.
The Panorama Panthers girls and boys track runners will be looking to have a successful season this year and make their way to state qualifier meet when it takes place on May 12th. The Panthers girls track team saw success last year when they placed fourth as a team at the state meet and Jaidyn Sellers earned a first place finish in both the 100 and 200 meter dash for Class 2A. The Panthers also earned a silver medal in the distance medley relay and a bronze medal in the 4X400 relay.
The Panthers girls and boys track teams will be looking to get a start to their season and have good times out on the track.
