12:54am: A deputy assisted with a cat in a house in the 400 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

3:16 am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

9:57am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of Dudley Street, Churdan.

5:12pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident in the 1000 block of 220th Street. Janet Hardman 69 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2007 Lexus GX470 causing an estimated 2,000 dollars in damage.

6:30pm: Travis Smith 31 of Churdan was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

8:34pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on K Avenue near 250th Street.

10:57pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near R Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
