The high school girls’ portion of the A.D. Dickinson Relays inside the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls was held yesterday. Greene County head coach Derek Merk entered five events in the statewide one-class non-scoring meet. Results of the Greene County entries are below.
Shot Put- Emma Hoyle 28′ 8-1/4″ (49th) place; Ashlynn Hinners 27′ 3-1/2″ (62nd) place; Skylar Warnke 25′ 2″ (83rd).
60 meter dash- Bella Schroeder 9.08 (106th); Rylan Sigler 9.20 (115th); Gretah Kersey 9.33 (123rd).
200 meter dash- Olivia Shannon 27.91 (14th); Natalie Heupel :30.07 (83rd); Alexa Peters :30.32 (87th).
400 meter dash- Katrina Heupel 1:06.07 (23rd); Schroeder 1:14.26 (109th).
4 x 200 meter relay- 1:55.99, 22nd of 58 (Shannon-K. Heupel-Sanders- N. Heupel)
The Greene County boys go to the Dickinson Relays inside the UNI-Dome today. This Thursday and Friday the Greene County teams are scheduled for the Iowa State University High School Classic in Ames inside the Lied Student Recreation Center. The girls compete Thursday and the boys go on Friday.
