AC/GC girls basketball had multiple players on West Central Activities All-Conference team.

Senior Alaina Bunde was selected to be on the all-conference second team after a 2021-22 season where Bunde scored 160 points for an average of 7 points per game and grabbed close to 150 rebounds. One of Bunde’s best games came on January 7th against Madrid where she posted a double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds. The Lady Chargers also had Junior Saige O’Brien selected as a honorable mention scoring 170 points this year for an average of 8 points per game and hitting 35 three pointers this season. A memorable performance for O’Brien was against West Central Valley on February 1st where she scored 21 points on five three pointers. Sophomore Mersadez Richter was honored as an honorable mention on the all-conference team leading the Chargers in scoring this year with 181 points and averaged 2 steals per game. Richter had a great performance against Southwest Valley scoring 14 points while making 6/10 shots from the field in that game.
